Symposium & Hackathon
The first day symposium (16th January) will be held in the seminar rooms (1901, 1902, 1903) of NII (National Institute of Informatics) which is in the Jimbocho area.
The building will be open at 09:00.
The corridor and the building will be closed at 22:00 (The room needs to be emptied before 21:30).
When you are locked inside the building, call to the emergency center (ext. 8500)
Vending machines are available on the 3rd, the 14th, and the 18th floors.
Smoking lots are on the 1st and the 3rd floors.
Banquet
The banquet will be held in the Japaneses restaurant, Fukumori, which is in the Akihabara area.
It is 1.4km away from NII which will take 16 minutes on foot.
For those who stated to attend banquet during online registration, please prepare 5,000JPY in cach, and pay it during on-site registration in the morning of 16th.
Hotels
For those who checked for hotel reservation during registration, room in Hotel Villa Fontaine Jimbocho are booked.
The hotel is 600m away from the venue of BLAH3, and 1.2km away from the banquet place (see the map below).
